Well I went to plaza today and picked up a new sketch book, kneed eraser, and mech pencil. :> When I got home my mom showed me some of her copic and prisma markers that she had, for some reason I forgot totally about those. D: She’s had them since the 80’s and they still work as though they’re brand new! Not only that but she has about 500 boards made especially for those markers. Wow – this sure makes up for not getting anything for Christmas – haha. Well… actually I recently got 4 art books. :> So I was lying.


Anyways, here is just a random sketch for a bigger idea that I have, decided to slap some colors on there for the heck of it. Lighter and darker versions just for comparison. I’m trying to do more background related art, I’m also thinking about drawing nothing but backgrounds for a while, they can be as artsy as anything else.




Also, random doodles of people running. Following Colin Tan’s awesome suggestion. :> Do 10 gesture drawings a day! It’s healthy for you. I know this is only 3, but hey. xD Also, anatomical perfection wasn't the point on this one, but next time it will be.
